SubWave™ Sonar Networking

The SubWave™ sonar network allows compatible divers to exchange preset messages underwater from up to 30 meters away. It can also monitor tank pressure, depth and distance for up to 8 divers within a range of 10 meters.

Pair the Descent X50i with compatible Descent T2 transceivers to access advanced air-integration capabilities and monitor tank pressure from multiple tanks through the SubWave network.

Air Integration

With compatible Descent T2 transceivers, Descent X50i can monitor tank pressure across up to 8 tanks. This provides a consolidated view of available gas supplies and helps divers manage their air throughout a dive.

For sidemount diving, Sidemount Tank Switch Guidance can provide visual reminders to switch tanks when a preset pressure value is reached, helping maintain balanced buoyancy and manage redundant gas supplies.

DiveView™ Maps & Navigation

DiveView™ maps extend Garmin's preloaded TopoActive mapping with bathymetric depth contours for 4,000+ dive sites. Use these maps to explore dive locations and prepare for underwater adventures.
