Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns simple.

Returns:

• Return any unused item within 45 days of purchase for a full refund
• Items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact
• Free return shipping on all orders — we'll provide a prepaid return label
• Dive computers must be unused and unregistered to be eligible for return

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How to Return:

• Email cs@outdoorsportsexpress.com to request a Return Authorization Number
• We'll send you a prepaid shipping label
• Pack your item securely in original packaging and ship it back

Exclusions:

• Items purchased at final sale prices are not eligible for return
